Here are some more crowfall ideas
Yeah WS's disorient was amazing, the key thing for it to work is it need to be random each time (in fact it was rare but possible that your keys ended up in all the right places (mainly only remember it by spam interacting with a thing in my house plot that disoriented each time (some ale barrel or something like that). The best thing about it imo, was actually that once you finally managed to get some control over the scrambled key the disorient timed out and was back to normal keys, which also could take ½-1 sec before you got back into that again xD. Was so damn effective, would love something like that here.
For taunt wouldn't mind it too much but not my favourite way of doing it, my personal favourite would be something like Warhammer Online had, where if a tank taunted you you would deal decreased dmg(think it was 25% or 50% or something) to anyone else except for the tank for a certain duration, or until you hit that specific tank I think it was 5 times, so nothing prevented you from keep hitting their dpses or healers, it would just not be very effective.
Similarly most dps and healers had a detaunt that made you deal less dmg (again 25% or 50% I think) that made you deal less dmg to the one who cast the detaunt on you, until that detaunted hit you back (or for a duration again), making the detaunt useless against the target you were already hitting but great for escaping or something like that (might be wrong on the numbers, as its so long ago, and would probably need to be tweaked anyway for this game if they used that)
Here it what we have so far:
Blind - screen goes dark with a slight horizontal stripe in the middle.
Disorient - randomly swap your movement keys (jump, sprint and dodge should be included)
Taunt - your character rush forward to the nearest enemy (or the "taunter"?). You can only control where to turn.
Here are some more ideas:
Fear - your character rush backward (yes, you still just see in front of you). You can only control where to turn.
Crazy - you character cast completely randomly. You may target anyone one, either friend or foe, with any sort of spell. You only control your aim and movement.
Hallucinate - your aim starts waving in different directions.
And other classic status (short period of time):
Deaf - cannot hear any sound (either effect or music), nor being buffed up by casters or "sound" items, or hear any squad / org orders (would not show on HUD).
Mute - cannot cast any skill, or use any sound (or buff/debuff) related items (e.g. battle horns), nor give squad / org orders (cannot send it in HUD).
Voracious - your character starts eating everything he can, wasting precious resources (food, potions, consumables).
Exhaust - your character removes his armors randomly. Cannot run.

Here's my idea about Crowfall Online
Glad you are giving suggestions, but the concept doesn't seem to mesh with the Crowfall vision. Maybe try something like it on a Crowfall to see what people like, which is great about having multiple rulesets.

Tom Chilton has published a lengthy letter on the World of Warcraft community forum to let players know that he is moving on from his position as Game Director to a new project "just down the hall" at Blizzard. He names Ion Hazzikostas as his replacement and that "WoW will be in great hands with Ion at the helm".

Meet the druid
The Druid is a lot more versatile then your traditional PvE firehose healer. When we were designing her power kit and thinking about her thematically, having two trays made the most sense.

The Worlds are made of voxels – which means the entire World is destructible
"It’s amazing that we crossed this milestone just days before the first public test of our persistent world server," notes J. Todd Coleman, ArtCraft Entertainment CEO and chief creative officer. "Until now, we’ve been limited to testing modular systems like combat or castle destruction. This is our first chance to play the game in a large, sprawling game world and for days instead of hours.”

Vessels in the 'real world' of Crowfall
Non-destructive forms of killing such as poison or precision slicing and stabbing would probably become preferred methods of killing, as they would have a lower chance of producing damaged goods

Crowfall Resource Nodes/ Harvesting Possibilities
This all sounds a lot easier than it actually is in the code but it makes a ton more sense than essence gathering, and floating resources popping around the resource node.
